A Fetch Favourite....Usher Tinkler Wines

I feel like virtually every blog post I read with recommendations about places to visit while in the Hunter Valley has Usher Tinkler Wines on the list - and with good reason! This cellar door is located in the original Pokolbin Church which was built in 1905. It's got a warm and relaxed atmosphere and you have the most glorious views of the vineyards and mountains while sitting inside.
If you book in for a tasting here prepare yourselves for 'adventurously made' wine and the best salumi and cheese platter you could ever dream up. A lot of the wines are preservative free and you will also find unconventional blends on the list like the 'Enneagram' which is made up of 9 Hunter Valley Varietals grown on the Estate. I love a nice light glass of red wine and have been drinking the Shiraz/Pinot blend for a few years now - always a favourite!
What's not to love? Great views, great atmosphere, great wine and last but certainly not least... cheese & salumi!!!
You can book in for a tasting via their website https://ushertinklerwines.com/
