Returns & Store Credit Policy
We want you to completely love your purchase form us!
If your purchase isn't quite right we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit only.
Please note:
- Sale items are not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns can be made in-store or posted back to us. Once we receive and approve the return, we’ll issue your store credit/online gift card.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packing your orders to ensure they arrive safely.
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
Please email the following to hello@fetchstore.com.au:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label
Once received, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where possible, a replacement will be sent. If not, a refund will be issued. Failure of letting us know of the damage after the first 48 hours of delivery will result in a store credit being issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange for an alternative size or item we kindly accept this within 7 days of receiving your goods. The replacement will only be sent out once the original item has been accepted by us. In the case of us not having the size or item you are needing to exchange to, a store credit will be issued.

Return Shipping

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Depending on our manufacturers policy, we may require faulty items to be returned. This is when we will cover the return shipping cost.

This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, and does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misrepresented goods.
