Mammoth Mango combines juicy mango with habanero to make a mayo that’s ridiculously good on chicken, seafood and burgers. It’s creamy, fruity and has enough chilli to let you know it’s there without overpowering everything else.
It’s one of those sauces that somehow disappears a lot quicker than you expected.
If you’re into sweet and spicy, this one’s probably going to become a permanent fixture in your fridge.
Perfect with: Chicken burgers, tacos, prawns, fish, nuggets, sweet potato fries and roast veggies.
