M&J Becker wines has a unique approach to winemaking, with a focus on wild fermentation. They don't use any cultured yeast or bacteria. They use an indigenous species of yeast from this region, giving their wines a local character. They are also vegan friendly as they don't add any egg, milk or fish products.
